The Hotel Sacro Cuore in Perugia has 62 rooms of various types (single, double for single use, twin, double, triple and quadruple) distributed in two three-storey buildings, the Main Villa and the Outbuilding, both with lift access, for a total of 120 beds. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with courtesy kit, flat-screen TV, telephone and Wi-Fi internet.

The main villa, the 19th-century home of the illustrious Monti family from Perugia, houses 32 rooms, the restaurant and breakfast room, the library, three meeting rooms for up to 30 people, the reception, bar and a lounge with TV.
A special mention for one of these rooms: the Deluxe Single, which, besides being the only one with a panoramic balcony, writing desk and kneeler, welcomed Pope John Paul II in 1986 when he came to Perugia for the historic interreligious meeting in Assisi.
The Outbuilding is located in front of the main villa and has 30 rooms, all of which are standard (single, double and triple) and equipped with a private bathroom, desk, television and ceiling fan.
