The Hotel Sacro Cuore in Perugia has 62 rooms of various types (single, double for single use, twin, double, triple and quadruple) distributed in two three-storey buildings, the Main Villa and the Outbuilding, both with lift access, for a total of 120 beds. Each room has a private bathroom with courtesy kit, flat screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi internet.

The main Villa, the 19th-century residence of the illustrious Monti family from Perugia, houses 32 rooms, a restaurant and breakfast room, a library, three meeting rooms for up to 30 people, a reception, a bar and a small lounge with TV. A special mention for one of these rooms: the Deluxe Single Room which, in addition to being the only one with a panoramic balcony, a writing desk and a kneeler, welcomed Pope John Paul II in 1986 when he came to Perugia for the historic interreligious meeting in Assisi.
The Outbuilding is located in front of the main villa and has 30 rooms, all of which are standard (single, double and triple) and equipped with a private bathroom, desk, television and ceiling fan.
